Ethel M. Keister

WINFIELD - Ethel M. (Moser) Keister, 81, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

She was born in Milton on May 5, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Herman and Marie (Baumgardner) Moser.

On May 1978, Ethel married Dale E. Keister, Sr., who survives of Winfield and they celebrated 46 years of marriage together this year.

She was a graduate of Milton High School Class of 1961. Ethel was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church, Milton.

Ethel enjoyed cooking, baking and crafting.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Dale E. and Lisa Keister, II of Winfield and John and Jill Troutman of Florida, one daughter and son-in-law; Monica and Dave Byers of Milton, nine grandchildren, many great grandchildren and one brother and sister-in-law; Thornton “Sunny” and Barry Moser of Milton.

In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by one brother; Richard Moser and two sisters; Mary Showers and Margaret “Peggy” Evans.

All services for Ethel will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, 125 N. Front Street, Milton.
