WATSONTOWN - John A. Beauchamp, Jr., 91, died Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Milton Nursing & Rehab Center.

He was born in Upland on March 15, 1933 and was the son of the late John A. and Lois M. (Lankford) Beauchamp, Sr.

John served his country proudly in the United States Army.  He enlisted on June 20, 1956 and was honorably discharged on June 19, 1958.

He was married to the late Laura (Duncan) Beauchamp and they celebrated many years of marriage together until her death in 2014.

John worked for Scott Paper as a machine operator and retired in 1996. He was the founding member of the A Point Gun Club, Elimsport in 1960. John enjoyed hunting, fishing and flying his Cessna and Piper airplanes. Most of all, the gun club was his pride and joy and he spent the past 64 years of his life making it what it is today.

John is survived by one grandson and his wife; Benjamin and Nastasha Kennedy of Cochranville, three great grandchildren; Lisa, Lilian and Benjamin and one great great grandchild; Cameron.

In addition to his parents and wife, John was preceded in death by one step daughter; Renee McGlone, one sister and one nephew.

All services for John are being held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, 125 N. Front Street, Milton.
