Mary F. (Schraft) Kennedy

MILTON - Mary F. (Schraft) Kennedy, 85, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at her home.

She was born in Watsontown on March 4, 1938 and was the daughter of the late John and Hanna (Hohl) Schraft.

On October 4, 1956 Mary married the late Roger Allen Kennedy, Sr. and together they celebrated 66 years of marriage together until his death on December 11, 2017.

She was a graduate of Milton High School Class of 1956.  She worked and retired from Riverwoods Senior Living Community, Lewisburg as their activities director.

Mary was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Milton and enjoyed gardening, spending time with her grand kids and her dog; Daisy.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; Roger A. and Janet Kennedy, Jr. of North Pole, Alaska, two daughters and one son-in-law; Kala and William Seibert of Milton and Linda Cameron of Milton, five grandchildren; Neil, Kristy, Lauren, Adrienne and Gabrielle, six great grandchildren; Anna, Paxton, Cruze, Cohen, Ryker, Huck along with one great granddaughter due in August and one brother; John Schraft of Florida.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mary was preceded in death by two brothers; Ralph Schraft and Albert Schraft and one sister; Louise Hanner.

All services for Mary will take place at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are being handled by Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, Milton.
