Matthew Tyson

LEWISBURG - Matthew S. Tyson, 36, died Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He was born on January 29, 1984 in Danville and was the son of Ronald A. and Deborah E. (Lewis) Tyson, Sr.

Matthew was a proud graduate of Milton Area High School Class of 2005.

Matthew attended Christ Wesleyan Church, Milton and enjoyed watching the Wizard of Oz and Marry Poppins as well as listening to music.  Most of all Matthew was a happy and loving person who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Matthew is survived by three brothers and one sister-in-law; Ronald Tyson, Jr. of Montoursville, Brian K. Tyson of New Columbia and Michael J. and Patricia Tyson of Sunbury, one sister; Angela K. Holliday of Sunbury and 11 nieces and nephews.

A public viewing will take place from 7 – 9p.m., Monday, March 16, 2020 at Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, 125 N. Front Street Milton and again from 12-1p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 followed by the funeral at 1p.m. with Pastor Ken Paulhamus of Christ Wesleyan Church, Milton officiating.  Burial will follow in Church Hill Cemetery, Lewisburg
